Located in the heart of New Haven's historic Wooster Street neighborhood, Consiglio's has been a City tradition since it was established in the 1930s by Italian immigrants Annunziata and Salvatore Consiglio.
Enjoy a relaxing evening of fine food and wine at the restaurant The New York Times said had "delicious food...convivial atmosphere...gracious service...many high points..." and Elm City Newspapers called the area's "Most Romantic." Consiglio's Participates in See, Sip, Savor Hours of Operation:
- Lunch: Monday - Friday: 11:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
- Dinner: Monday - Saturday: 4:30 p.m.
and Sunday: 1:00 p.m

I stopped in here the other night after realizing I wasn't going to wait in the line at Pepe's. Was gonna have a beer and go, but Jay was cracking me up with his stories so I ended up staying for dinner and I'll definately be back with my wife.
Stopped by Consiglios en route to Pepes. Glass of wine, bar was open early. Met Lidia, manager - delightful. Left, went to Pepe's - real disappointment after Consiglios. Left Pepes and went back. Salad wine and more Lidia. We will be back!
