Thursday, March 27th, 6-8pm. Calling all cheese-lovers, foodies and winos! Caseus, New Haven’s new cheese shop and bistro, will present a selection of seasonal artisanal cheeses from around the world.  This casual tasting will start to teach the budding fromager about flavor profiles and basic cheese making techniques.
