Bentara Restaurant was first open in Connecticut in the town of East Haven in April of 1995. In May 1997, the operation was moved to our present location in the historic district of Ninth Square. Hours :
(We are open seven days a week for lunch and dinner
except in the summer where we are close for lunch on Saturday and Sunday)
Lunch - Sunday thru Saturday 11:30 am - 3:00 pm
Dinner : Sunday thru Thursday 5:00 pm - 10 pm, Friday and Saturday 5:00 pm - 11:00 pm
